OVOL® Softgels work quickly to break down trapped gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines. Gas bubbles fuse together in a form that makes them easier to get rid of by belching or passing gas. The active ingredient is simethicone, a chemically inert substance, not absorbed into the bloodstream that works in the stomach and intestines. Effective levels range from 40mg to 180mg.
